Applying ISO 9001 quality management system

Our ISO 9001 quality management system applies to technology, production, and product supply. The following Quality Management System and production requirements are strictly followed:

            1. From the input raw material inspection stage to the production stages and the output product inspection stage, the production process and quality control are strictly followed.

            2. Cast iron and steel are proportionately melted, combined, grated, and then put into a pre-made mold that complies with technical specifications for porosity, ventilation, air permeability, and adhesion.

            3. The mold has a smooth surface, excellent precision, less swarf, and requires little operation time because it is built on a surface plate.

        4. For each type of product, molten steel is poured into the mold using a predetermined technique.

          5. Products are knocked out, sorted, and then transferred to the mechanical workshop for grinding, assembly, painting, and packaging.

            6. Before matching products from a batch can be discharged from the factory, they must be evaluated to ensure they meet the chemical composition, mechanical qualities, and load capacity criteria.

     The entire process is documented to ensure that the factory consistently produces goods with exceptional bearing strength and durability suitable for industrial and civil structures.
